Bijali Bijali's Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Bijali Bijali platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the bijalibijali.net website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

"Bijali Bijali" refers to the bijalibijali.net website, mobile app, associated sub-domains, and all services delivered through this platform. "Services" refers to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual games, and other entertainment offerings.

To register an account with Bijali Bijali, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. Bijali Bijali strictly prohibits account registration by minors.
• All information you provide — name, address, date of birth, and phone number — must be accurate and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended immediately and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• You must use the account yourself — operating an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's funds is not permitted.

Bijali Bijali regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering of 10× (ten times). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• One Account, One Bonus: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person. If multiple family members claim a bonus from the same device or network, it may be counted as a single use.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (under the same person's name or a family member's name from the same device).
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar software to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Placing bets or operating an account using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's software or systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Creating an account with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Unfair or fraudulent conduct against other users.

Bijali Bijali always strives to deliver a quality experience, but we are not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a device malfunction.
• When the service is unavailable due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• If a transaction is delayed due to an error or delay on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Cyberattacks or other security incidents where Bijali Bijali has taken reasonable precautions.

In any dispute, Bijali Bijali's maximum liability shall be limited to the original stake placed on that specific event.

Bijali Bijali reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Upon breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submitting incomplete or false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious betting patterns or account activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• As a protective measure under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Before closing an account, the user will be notified by email — unless immediate closure is required due to security concerns or fraud.

For any disputes or complaints, please follow the steps below:
